OUR SHIPPING POLICY
Flora Storr is a small family owned business and as such do not outsource our deliveries. We deliver our lovely flowers ourselves. This ensures they are arriving as beautifully as they left. Please read our Shipping policy carefully to ensure you are aware of the terms of delivery.
Our normal delivery times are between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 12pm Saturday. We deliver Wollongong to Helensburgh and surrounding areas, and shipping is calculated by zone area in the checkout. Delivery is charged between $12 - $30 depending on area. Orders for delivery outside of the nominated delivery areas may not be possible, and if an order has been placed online, a refund will be applied to the order (minus any payment processing fees) usually within 24 hours if we are unable to provide delivery to the area requested.
Please note: For all Event or Wedding florals, delivery will be calculated on application at the time of quote depending on venue location and time of delivery.
Typically we deliver mornings or afternoons, especially during hot seasons, to avoid moving the flowers during the heat of the day. We will contact you via email or text to confirm once delivery has occurred.
We ask that you please double check your delivery address prior to submitting your order, and in the event of an incorrect delivery address being provided to us by you for an order delivery, we will not refund the order or shipping cost.
We also ask that you ensure the delivery address is at an accessible location, where we have access to leave the flowers in a safe spot as close to the front door as possible, in the event that no one is home to accept the delivery. Please note that we may not be able to access the property in the event of a dog that is unrestrained and that we deem to be unsafe or aggressive. We also cannot leave flowers at the delivery address in the event of an animal which is unrestrained if said animal is able to access the flowers. In the event of such delivery attempts, where it is unsafe to leave the flowers at the delivery address if no one is home to accept the delivery, we will make efforts to contact you on the mobile number provided to try to organise an alternate address, however this may result in additional delivery charges that would need to be paid prior to the flowers be taken to an alternate address.
We also ask that you consider orders for those who live in Unit blocks, where a main access door is present and locked, and potentially means we are unable to access the front door of the recipient in the event that they are not home to accept delivery. In this instance, if we are unable for any reason to not access the delivery address, we will contact you to arrange an alternate address however this may result in additional charges which will be required to be paid prior to said alternate delivery attempt occurring.
